1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a product key, subscribing to our service, or using our software (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Ownership & Service Description
KratosAI, including all of its assets and services, is owned by NeosTec LLC. Our Service consists of AI-powered trainers designed exclusively for offline training. These tools are developed using models trained solely from videos and annotations, ensuring they never access or modify any game’s memory or processes – not even during training.
3. Description of Services
Our AI-powered trainers are intended to help users improve their skills through offline training and analysis. Although designed for offline use, we acknowledge that some users might attempt to use these tools online to gain an unfair advantage. Such unauthorized use is strictly at the user’s risk and in violation of most game providers’ policies.
4. Key Purchase & Subscription Options
We offer two primary methods for accessing our Service:
4.1 Product Keys
- Product keys grant access to premium features of our Service.
- Once generated and redeemed, a product key is permanently tied to your instance of the software.
4.2 Subscription Models
- Subscriptions provide recurring access to premium features on a monthly or weekly basis.
- All subscription payments are processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions may be eligible for refunds within a specified period, subject to our refund policy and upon request.
5. Payment Processing
- All payments for product keys and subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s payment processing policies.
- Payment must be completed using a valid payment method. Upon successful payment, a unique product key is generated or a subscription is activated.
6. Product Key Generation & Redemption
- Upon successful payment, a unique product key is automatically generated.
- The product key remains inactive until it is redeemed within our software.
- A key grants or extends access to a specific Product.
- Once redeemed, the key is permanently associated with your account and cannot be transferred or reused.
7. Refund Policy & Fraud Prevention

Refund Eligibility: For product keys, if a key has not been redeemed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once redeemed, refunds are not available.

Subscription Refunds: Subscription refunds may be available within a specified refund window. Refund requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Consequences of Unapproved Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first consulting customer support will be considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, your access to the Service may be terminated, and any generated product keys or active subscriptions may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is fully resolved.

Refund Requests Outside the Standard Window: Refund requests submitted after the specified refund window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact customer support detailing your reasons for the refund request. Approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to abuse the refund process or engage in fraudulent activities may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
8. License & Usage
- The product key or active subscription provided upon payment constitutes your license to access the features of our Service.
- Any misuse, including attempts to leverage the Service for unauthorized access or to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NeosTec LLC, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of our Service – including any adverse effects on your third-party gaming accounts.
10. User Conduct & Third-Party Accounts
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that any attempt to use our Service in online environments for an unfair advantage is solely at your risk, and KratosAI is not responsible for any actions taken against your third-party gaming accounts.

User Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service, including banning your account, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our Service.
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Major changes will be communicated via email and announcements on our website prior to taking effect.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine, U.S., while taking into account applicable EU and U.S. consumer protection laws.
13. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

14. Additional Provisions

No Guarantee of Continuous Service: NeosTec LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
